Of our proposals, in addition to the Cafeteria, the most significant example is the real Italian artisan made GELATO with direct consumption by freezing without using hydrogenated fats, preferring the territory and its local resources, so coming to 70% of the raw materials at ZERO KM.

AMALO has reinvented the classic Gelato shop layout which utilizes most of the square footage for the laboratory.
A new experience characterized by the customer involvement in the transformation process of the premium quality ingredients into GELATO.
The store layout reminds a “peninsula” in which the GELATO shop is amalgamated with the cafeteria for the maximum interaction.
The highest replicability of this store concept is based on the components simplicity, the easy production system and the very limited fixtures cost.

AMALO is the 2.0 version of a retail module totally oriented to the innovation of the traditional Gelato shop (fully equipped laboratory and selling window) that in the course of 2009 2010 and 20111 we have operated in several different locations.
In 2012 the new 2.0 version determined the interest of traditional Gelato shop that followed us in converting their shops of Turin and Brescia .
In between 2013 and 2016 we have then been able to perform the opening of new directly managed AMALO locations in Milan and Florence, along with the participation to the universal Exposition in Milan where we were nominated as the Expo best GELATO on top of the highest brand exposure with millions of visitors.
